Teaching Assistant Positions
The FOPH periodically advertises for Teaching Assistants, and will continue to do so as the academic programs are developed and implemented. Applications can be submitted officially on the Kuwait University Online Recruitment Portal when advertisements for positions are active. If no positions are listed on the website for the FOPH, please check back periodically, since job postings will be added in due course on a regular basis.
Scholarship Program
The FOPH Scholarship Program is advertised annually on the official Kuwait University Scholarship Portal, usually in the November to March timeframe. The scholarship program invites individuals with a Master degree in a relevant field to apply within a specific department for appointment to the scholarship program. The requirements for the scholarship include a GPA of 3.0 or greater in the Master degree and acceptance into a relevant doctoral (PhD or DrPH program) at an accepted University (click here for a list of accepted universities and general conditions for the 2017/18 academic year. Note: this list may change from year to year). Scholarship students from the FOPH who graduate with the doctoral degree return to the FOPH as junior faculty members.
